How to get the TRM(VeraCore) User Name and Password?

This article will tell you how to get a  User Name and Password. The specific steps are as follows:

 

Valid web services user credentials are required to perform almost all operations in the VeraCore API. You need to set up a web services user in the PMA (Administration) system.
For details steps, please refer to VeraCore's Setup Web Services Users section.

In PMA, navigate to "Web Service User Settings." Click "+" to add a new user.
Enter the user's User ID and Password.
Specify the web services the user can use. The services to be selected are as follows:

1. AddOrder: Used to synchronize Shopline orders.
2. CancelOrder: When a customer cancels an order, a cancellation instruction is sent to VeraCore. Cancellations are supported before an order is shipped, but not after it has been shipped.
3. UpdateOrderShipTo: Used to update the order's shipping information.
4. Save the new user. Return to Shopline and enter your username and password

Shopline encrypts your username and password and uses them only for order synchronization, order cancellations, updating order shipping information, and obtaining order package information.
