How to get Shiphero Refresh token

This article will tell you how to get a refresh token. The specific steps are as follows:

Step 1: Log in to your Shiphero account

Step 2: Find [My Account] in the upper menu bar, pull down and select [Developer Users] to enter the third-party developer settings page

Step 3: Click [+Add Third-Party Developer] in the upper right corner to enter the OneConnect information page

Step 4: Click to enter the OneConnect information. You can fill in the first and last name according to your own habits. It is recommended to fill in the email address: [e-mail]. After filling in, click [Add Develoer] to save the information. Shiphero will generate a token and refresh token.

Step 5: Copy "Refresh Token" and fill it in the [OneConnect - Account Settings - Refresh Token] field.

Refresh token is an important credential. We will encrypt the information and only use it for integrated scenarios such as order synchronization and status feedback. Please rest assured.
